Since 1980 Children in Need, the British Charity appeal, offers each year great moments of television for a great cause.Tomorrow night on BBC One, it will be the occasion to have a look to a preview of the Tenth Doctor's dramatic finale in the Doctor Who two-parter special which will be shown on the 2009-2010 Christmas season.
